Default Deactivate/disable External Monitors On iMac

How To Deactivate/disable External Monitors On iMac

I am using DisplayLink
displaylink.com/downloads/macos
with i-tec CADUA4KDOCKPDL
i-tec.cz/de/produkt/cadua4kdockpdl-3/
displaylink driver 5.1.40
on Mojave 10.14.5
on iMac 2017 4K 21,5inch
Two external monitors are attached. One by DP zone 1. One by HDMI zone 2.

To get occasionally rid of these external monitors it is necessary to unplug the signal cables from the dock. Or unplug the power supply of the monitor. Then the external monitors do not appear anymore in monitor settings or display overview.

Turning off the monitor by using the power knob is not sufficient.

Can this be done by software settings instead of physically disconnect cables/adapter/power?

Sometimes it would be favourable to have external monitors disabled/deactivated.

How to deactivate/disable external monitors on iMac when attached to docks using DisplayLink?
