Default Phantom 3rd Monitor

I have a phantom third monitor that I can't seem to get rid of with my displayLink.

macOS High Sierra
V 10.13.2

2017 MacBook Pro

Monitor: DELL U2312HM Display
Phantom: Same

I've tried deleting my /Library/Preferences/com.apple.windowserver.plist as suggested elsewhere and that did not resolve the issue.

Any insight would be appreciated.

What kind of dock do you have and how is the Dell monitor connected?
Do you see the same resolutions available on the phantom monitor (in Display Preferences) as you see on the real one?

Plugable USB-C Docking Station (DC-00433496). Monitor is connected DVI to DVI port. Though the same issue occurs when I have three monitors and the second is connected HDMI to HDMI 2k or 4k.

And yes, resolution displays are the same.

Interesting!

The logs should show what's going on, can you follow the instructions at https://support.displaylink.com/know...ticles/755301?

Thank you
