Display Link USB 2.0 MultiDisplay Adapter keeps powering on and off

Morning,

I need some assistance please.
I am trying to get a Display Link USB 2.0 MultiDisplay Adapter to work on one of my users pc's, but it keeps powering on and off repeatedly - I have tried different usb ports, a different adapter, downloaded the latest display drivers and followed all the steps in the below link:

The last step suggested I run the tool and attach the results to this here forum, so please find attached.

As this is my first post here do let me know if it is in the wrong place or if anything else is needed.
