There is no update yet. There's only a single report and this has affected priority.
I now increased the priority for analysis.

Hello,

It is currently number 3 in the list.

I have to assign order based on severity and number of users/machines reported affected.
The severity is obviously the highest (S1 - Fatal), but as we have only had a single report on a single machine, some other bug report analysis have pre-empted this.

Kind regards,
Alban

Hello,
We have not been able to reproduce the issue so far.
To get clearer logs, would you please do the following?
1. Restart the machine without any dock/adapter connected
2. Use End User Cleaner to remove all traces of the old 7.9 you have
3. Restart the machine
4. Upgrade USB 3.0 drivers as they are outdated
5. Delete all data from user TEMP folder (C:\Users\930070\AppData\Local\Temp) as we can see dumps from the installer.
6. Install latest DisplayLink package
7. Restart the machine, or collect new logs if the issue appeared.

Kind regards,
Alban
