Default only one screen work with MInt18.3

Dear all,
My portable is MSI GE62 6qd. I installed Linux Mint 18.3 Cinnamon 64-bit.
I installed Displaylink isplayLink USB Graphics Software for Ubuntu 4.2. The version is:displaylink-driver-4.2.29 exactly according to the instruction on the web:https://support.displaylink.com/know...ware-on-ubuntu.

But finally only one screen woks. I tested with: lsusb -d 17e9: and received the following information:
Bus 002 Device 003: ID 17e9:4323 DisplayLink
BUT when i unplugged the monitor cable of which screen works from my deviece plugable DU-3900. The other screen will work. It is very strange and confusing.

How to make it work both? Can someone give me some advice?
PLease contact me both by forum reply or email :mjscailei@gmail.com
