Default UAC Prompt from Windows Update

We have an Issue in our environment with a reaccuring UAC even after the DisplayLink Corporate packaged is installed.

Here’s the scenario we are faced with:

A user arrives at a desk with a docking-station that requires displaylink drivers. The user will then plug in the computer to the docking-station.
When he or she does this Windows will search for the appropriate drivers and then prompt for admin-credentials for the displaylink drivers.
9/10 users dont have admin privelege and will have no choice but to cancel te UAC/installation.

The user then calls our helpdesk to get the displaylink-drivers distributed to the affected client.
When the packaged displaylink-drivers have successfully been installed everything works like a charm, until the next time the user plugs in the docking-station.
They will once again be prompted with the UAC for the drivers from Microsoft/windows-update. And this happenes every single time they plug in the docking station.

These drivers from Windows-update/Microsoft seems to be cached and stuck in the client and wont go away even after the packaged displaylink-driver is installed and working.
The process NewDev.exe keeps trying to install something and points to \\.\pipe\PNP_Device_install_Pipe_1.{UAB\Vid....... .}

The dockings station we are trying at the moment is a Targus DOCK180.

Having displaylink pre-installed on every laptop is unfortunately not an option in our environment.

Any ideas?
