Default Graphics card not compatible with DisplayLink USB 3 port replicator

I ordered a new Inspiron 17R laptop and have Windows 7 Enterprise installed on it. Bought a SuperSpeed USB 3 port replicator from Dell and installed the software and drivers with the cd provided. Network driver did not work, and message stating that graphcis card was not compatible.

I searched for an answer, and found one stating to run the DisplayLink cleaner, which I did, and then downloaded the latest installer from displaylink.com and ran it.

Now network port is functional but still get the incompatible graphics card message and I am unable to see my standalone monitor.

Any clues that may help?

Thank you

Thanks James, it's for a manager who is out for a day or so, but I will get that log as soon as he is back.
