Black Screen on New computer
I do not get any errors, and everything software wise looks like it is working properly, however all I get on the monitor hooked up to the DisplayLink device is a black screen.
Just moved the device, which has been working fine, to new computer. I have installed the latest Windows updates, and installed the latest AMD Catalyst drivers for the main video card. I have tried a few different versions of the DisplayLink software including 7.5M0 and 7.5M1. |

Hi,
I can't see anything obvious in the logs either. Are you able to try other video cables? If you swap the monitor that is directly attached to your PC with the one that is connected to your USB adapter to you still get a blank screen? When you get the blank screen is the monitor displaying an amber or blue/green LED? Thanks, James |
