Default Crashes on startup-System Thread Exception Not Hanlded

I have searched the forum but could not find the same issue. Hope someone can help.

Running Windows 8.1 on HP Envy 4th gen i7-4700 MQ chip, integrated intel 4600 graphics and Nvidia GT-740m graphics card

adapter is Dell/Targus 3.0 dual video docking station

Have updated/reoinstalled every driver-USB, intel graphics, Nvidia and using latest DisplayLink driver (7.4 M2), etc.

Every time you plug in docking station or boot up with it plugged in, it crashes with blue screen and System Thread Exception Not Handled

I have disabled and/or uninstalled one or the other of the display adapters but no help

I actually had it working for about five days by using only the internal intel display adapter but then problem occurred again and no amount of playing with system will work.

Help!

Hi,

Please run through this guide:
http://www.displaylink.org/forum/showthread.php?t=896

As soon as the issue is seen please attach the output of this tool:
http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=269
Once downloaded, please run it and select "Gather Support Information"

It's also worth trying the "System Compatibility Check" to see if anything is flagged up.

Thanks,
James
