Default ASUS USB3.0 HZ1 Docking Station Monitor Problem

So I just bought this ASUS Docking station and everything is working great (mouse, keyboard, headphones, speakers, ethernet) except for my Samsung monitor that is a DVI-D hookup. There is nothing I can figure out through all of the troubleshooting and forums here. The only thing I should mention is that when I switch between dual screen options on my laptop (an ASUS running Windows 8.1) the mouse arrow flashes on the 2nd screen and then disappears a couple of seconds later.

Is there anything else I should check? Yes I have all of the up to date drivers and have followed all of the DL help tips along with ASUS help tips.

Hi,

Do you have any other DVI cables you can try?

Please attach the output from this tool:

Thanks,

Actually found a DVI-I to VGA cord, same outcomes with the cursor flash and then disappearing on a black screen.

Hi,

To clarify, when you switch between dual screen options does the whole screen flicker and blank or just the mouse cursor?

Thanks,
James

The screen turns on like it's getting a signal to a dull gray color, then the cursor flashes on for a few seconds then goes away.
