Default HDMI in to USB out adapter for USB Monitors

Is there a product that would allow for the connection of a USB monitor to an output device's HDMI port as opposed to one of its USB ports, either from DisplayLink itself or a third party?

I have a e1649fwu that I'd like to use with Raspbian and other Linux distros besides Ubuntu, but trying to get the USB monitors to work seems like a lengthy and confusing ordeal that yields inconsistent results based on searches I've done over the years.

I also like the idea of using it as a primary display and freeing up a USB port.

Hi, is the wireless HDMI device suitable https://www.bestadvisor.com/wireless-hdmi? I use this to connect the Android box to the TV. it is possible to connect via ports or wirelessly, and here I don’t know what choice is 1080 or 4k, so google it
Just note which operating systems are supported.
