Default Only offering 640x480 over DisplayPort

Hello,

I recently purchased a Nixeus WQHD 27" NX-VUE27 that support a native resolution of 2560x1440. In order to drive this I purchased a USB32DPPRO and daisy chained it to a Targus ACP71USZ. When I plug the Nixeus into the USB32DPPRO displayport the only resolution that works is 640x480. If I use DVI into the Targus I get 1920X1080 (the max res I believe).

The displayport on the USB32DPPRO only ever goes to 640x480 even if I completely remove the Targus and plug it directly in. Windows also shows the monitor name as "No Monitor".

I am runings Windows 7 x64 Pro using the latest DL software. I have attached the support files.

No one has seen this and no response from the manufacture or DL. I guess I will be returning it.

Hi,

Can you rerun the support tool?

There are no files inside the attachment.

Thanks,
James
