Google Pixel and Displaylink not displaying
Hoping for some insight regarding a purchase of a Wavlink WL-UG69DK1 and compatibility with 2023 model Google Pixel phones. Unfortunately not many devices list support for these phones, and they have their own caveats compared to other android devices.
Using the DisplayLink Presenter application I am able to successfully connect with a USB-C to USB-C cable, however I am unable to get any display output. The app gives the proper notification to allow access when connecting and successfully used a multiple simultaneous inputs to see if that was working. I am attempting to connect to a 1080p 60hz monitor which is well under what the station is rated for. The screen works great when attached to other devices. Phone, station, screen, and cables are all new and functional. Have tried the included usb-a female to usb-c male adapter with the phone, so I do not believe OTG is part of the issue. Is there some adapter/cable configuration to be recommended, use of displayport instead, which would require its own adapter or different screen. Perhaps an additional supporting android application/setting I may have missed? Any assistance is greatly appreciated! |
