I'm actually using the Plugable PCI Express to SuperSpeed USB 3.0 2-Port Expansion Card which is a NEC/Renesas Chipset. Seems to work fine with the latest Renesas USB HC drivers installed on Windows 7.

I've moved to Windows 8 RTM, awaiting iPad version of the drivers.
