Default Pixel issue when using Multidisplay adapter

I just bought a USB 2.0 UGA Multudisplay adapter and have tried using a VGA and HDMI cable to connect into two different monitors.
The image works, but there seems to be an issue with the pixels. Whenever the mouse cursor goes to the screen or a window is loaded I can see the mouse cursor tracks on the screen and marks on the screen as if the pixels were not working right.
I have updated the video card drivers from my PC. I am using the latest Display Link drivers and I am currently on Windows 10. What could the issue be?

Hello Gromanini,

Would you please be able to take a photo of the defect and attach it here?

The description is very useful, but the exact signature of the corruption can give great indication of the potential source of the problem.

Kind regards,
Alban
