Dell D6000 with macbook m1 very unreliable

I have issues with the displaylink dock on my m1 macbook. Basically all the problems are with connecting the dock. Once it's connected, then it works perfectly (just occasional mouse stutter), until I disconnect the dock and try to connect it again. I have to be very lucky to make it work on first plug. The dock does not wake up, or wakes up the monitors and shows no input, or wakes the monitors and shows completely empty desktops (I think that it thinks the internal monitor is on). So I have to unplug, open the macbook, close and connect again. Sometimes this takes 2 two tries, often 10 minutes. I use the macbook only in clamshell with two monitors in displayports. Any solution this, it's starting to drive me crazy.

Just found out, that if I remove and readd screen recording permissions before pluging in the dock, then it works on first try, weird.
