Hello Reza,
Would you please be able to upload here the ZIP of your log files? We need them to progress and the last link of my signature explains how to use the tool. Post them here, only employees can download them. Regards, Alban

Hello Alban,
I'm afraid that won't work. Because after the driver is installed I have to restart windows. The bluescreen appears druing the restart. So I have to start windows recovery which recovers the system to a state before the diagnostic tool was installed actually. Hence, all logs and the tool are gone. Do you have any other Idea? Thank you in advance Reza |

Hello,
How did you work out that the bluescreen data was not present anymore? Did you look for the file? Without the memory dump file, there is no information about what is the reason for the crash. Kind regards, Alban

Bluescreen data are present but the displaylink diagnostic tool which should gather the log is gone.
I can upload the bluescreen data here if it helps. Which one do you prefer, minidump (601 KB) oder the full memory dump (986.495 KB)? |

I have just recognized that the zip includes the mini dump.
If you need the full dump as well, please let me know. |

Hello Reza,
Thank you for providing the information. We must select a similar machine for the investigation and they logs also give us all these details. If it is not too much trouble, would you please be able to provide the full MEMORY.DMP? They compress very well, so if you could ZIP it, it would reduce its size considerably. It will not fit on the forums though, so I would advise putting it on the cloud file sharing of your choice. I will download it and notify you that you can free your space again. Kind regards, Alban Ref 26556 - Win7 dlkmd.sys BSoD PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (50) with nVidia Latest

Thank you.
I have downloaded the file and removed the link from your post. You can now delete the file and reclaim your space! I have assigned the analysis for this as part of our 8.4 M0 release. As we are getting close to release date, I am unsure we are going able to fit the fix in the little time we have left. This will depend on complexity and risk of the change needed. I will keep you informed and, when the fix is delivered, the reference will be in the release notes (26556). Kind regards, Alban
