Default Win 7 Dual Boot Black Screen/Freezes

I am running Win 7 Pro x64 dual boot on a MacBook Pro (using BootCamp). I have a UV Plus 16 and a UV Plus 19, both plugged into a Targus ACP45US docking station. After the initial setup, everything was running smoothly. After installing a round of Windows updates, the UV+ 19 is constantly freezing, going to a black screen, and then reloading (twice it has completely crashed computer), but any previously-maximized windows are now non-maximized.

I attempted a System Restore to before the Windows updates, but received errors saying that the restore points were corrupted. Please take a look at the DisplayLink logs and see if there is anything fixable! My system is now almost unusable, as it is constantly crashing and I have to put all my windows back to their usual locations afterwards.

Please respond--I'd like to fix if possible, otherwise I'll have to send back.

Default Problem seems to lie with the Targus Docking Station

Upon doing some troubleshooting, it seems that the problem actually lies with the Targus docking station. I unplugged both UV Plus units from the dock and plugged them directly into my MBP--haven't gone to a black screen since. I guess I'll have to try another dock and see if I can find a solution, as the MBP doesn't have enough USB ports for all my devices.

The ACP45US docking station is an old dock from Targus and doesn't even contain DisplayLink. I wonder if it cannot deliver enough power from its USB ports for both adapters, which is why you find the issue when the adapters are connected through the dock.
