Default DELL D6000 docking station and audio line out

I have a strange issue. I plugged-in a 3.5mm AUX cable from my 2.1 Logitech speakers into the rear of D6000. I get audio from both the D6000 internal speaker and the Logitech speakers. There is nothing in the Window sound setting to switch off the internal speaker. I would have thought the D6000 should have an automatic sensor to switch audio to external output. So is there anything I can do to output only to external speakers?

Win11 Pro and Displaylink driver 10.3.6400.0

Found answer in this forum. Looks like the dock is designed to output audio from internal speakers regardless what audio device is connected to it. Makes no sense to me but to deal with it. Othe rthan the audio issue, D6000 is an excellent TB docking station.
