Mirroring / High Sierra
I have some issues when I switch to mirroring mode.
- Open display setting and toggle "Mirror Displays" on - Forced to log out - Only display link monitor is on, main display is blank - Log in - Revert back to dual display mode Any idea? MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015) / High Sierra / ASUS MB16AC |

This is a known operating system bug in High Sierra. We have investigated it and we don't think there is anything we can do about this issue apart from reporting it to Apple. To raise the priority of this issue with Apple we suggest to open a bug with them on bugreporter.apple.com. If you don't have a developer account, then the normal support page offers other options: https://support.apple.com/macos You may want to refer to our own bug on the topic (ID 33650324) and/or Apple's internal one (ID 26394372). Looks resolved with macOS High Sierra 10.13 Supplemental Update which is released today.
Thanks! |
