Blank black screens
I’m having reports of people returning to their desk after being gone anywhere from half hour to about an hour, to find both monitors are black, although you can see the mouse pointer. The red light on the diamond box will be flashing. If you unplug and plug the Diamond box back in the screen appears as it should. This does not happen on a regular bases but often enough for them to start putting in work orders.
