Unhappy CPU overload on Mojave 10.14.2

I have a 8th generation CPU 8550u laptop and a Dell d6000 USB dock
When i upgrade to 10.14.2 everything worked well but the DisplayLinkManager process was using at-least 75%(Activity Monitor) of the CPU at all times(especially HiDPI) slowing down the computer and keeping the fans running loudly.

BTW monitor is Dell 2718qm

Latest:the problem seems solved for now when i upgrade from 5.0 to 5.0.1
