Default Wiresless connection - can I?

I would like to use my USB 3.0 Docking station in my classroom but I do not want to be tethered to the hub. I want to walk around my room with my new, touch screen laptop and access my smart board which requires a USB connection and a VGA connection. This would allow me to use my touch screen to write on the board while allowing my students to access the smart board features (they can write on the board).

So, can I wirelessly (somehow) connect from by laptop to the docking station. I think the docking station wants a USB B connector for the input.

This would be so cool if I can do this

Thanks
