Still have a problem on Dell D3000 after Windows 10 Anniversary Update
Hi, I'm a newbie.
I have a SONY VAIO laptop & Dell D3000 Docking Station with 3 monitors (1 laptop + 2 27" FHD monitors). It was perfect under Windows 7 and former Windows 10. But after Windows 10 Anniversary Update, D3000 doesn't work properly. Frankly, it seldom works after I plugged in & out the adapter many times. Surely I installed lasted version of DisplayLink driver but the situation is same. I have to spend at least 2 hours everyday to fix the problem. If it works, it's OK till I turned my laptop off. And when I came back to the office next morning, the disaster begin. I'm not sure whether it's the problem of Windows 10 or DisplayLink driver. But I'm still believe that the new driver can fix this kind of problem. Please help me. P.S. In order to fix the problem, I'm using Windows 10 Insider Preview also. But no changes Last edited by PeterYoo; 10-26-2016 at 01:04 AM. |

I just re-install Windows 10 Anniversary Update (version 1607 build 14393.351).
And also install latest DisplayLink Driver v8.0 M3. Unfortunately, there's no change. Still the docking station doesn't work properly. Last edited by PeterYoo; 11-03-2016 at 03:26 AM. |

I have the same issue as you have. I also reinstalled windows today to try to get the computer working - no difference. Still slow screen update, and dropouts of ethernet connection. I had dropouts before the anniversary edition, but the screen update is much, much worse now than before. I was happy to see a new display link driver that was released yesterday, but - did not help me a bit. Have to buy a new docking/replicator if Dell does not resolve this fast.
