incompatibility with NVIDIA ShadowPlay

Hello,

I recently bought AOC e1659Fwu USB monitor and installed DisplayLink USB Graphic Software. Soon after that I discover that NVIDIA ShadowPlay doesn't work and didn't record at all. It took me few hours to figure why it's not working. But after uninstalling DisplayLink USB Graphic Software, ShadowPlay works fine.

I'm using Windows 8.1 and GeForce GTX780 Ti and I have latest DisplayLink and NVIDIA Drivers.

So my question is, if there is a way to fix this problem? I would really like to use both, my second monitor and ShadowPlay. I'm not sure if this is problem on the NVIDIA ShadowPlay side or DisplayLink side. But at least I'm giving you know that there is this problem.
