Default Win 7 - Display link repeatedly disconnecting

Hi
I have continuous problem with Diplay Link which I can't resolve. We have Open Space in our company with 6 place for my Team. All of them have one of mentioned below type of docking station. All of them uses 4 monitors so they are connecting via 2 or 3 external HP card (model mentioned below). (1-2 monitors are always connection only via VGA/DVI cable) Monitors are not powered via USB. I suspecting that one of provided windows update ( most probably) caused that one day everything was started and till now I have this issue at least 1 per hour, or more depends where I sit. In one place it occurring 1-2 times per day, on other one 1-2 times per every hour. I think most often when I drag and drop some windows very fast between my screens.

Laptop: Dell E5550
Docking station: Dell E-Port II / E-port Plus
HP graphic external card: NL571AA
I already update Display driver, USB 3.0 drivers and every other driver which I found. NO idea how to fix that. USP suspending has been off. All steps from http://support.displaylink.com/knowl...from-repeatedl has been done.

I attached logs from Display link from today right after issue occurring. Please give me some advice how to fix this permanently.
