No DisplayLink Hardware found after update to Win8.1

After the update from Win 8.0 to Win 8.1 the PC don't find the Targus Hardware. I've tryed everything is writen on your Homepage even the cleaning tool, i have cleaned the registry, reinstalled the Driver, but nothing works.
I have an Dell XPS 12 and an Targus ACP70EU

Here is wath the Support tool reports:
Pass: Graphics driver date
Pass: WEI is above recommended 3
Pass: No Other USB graphics software installed
Pass: Basic mode support
Warning: Device not attached

Anyone can help me?
