Default Windows 8.1 USB monitor not showing in display options

Sorry if this posted twice, I can't seem to find the thread...

My USB monitor (while acting independently) is not showing up in Windows 8.1 display settings, but rather it believes the second monitor (VGA connected through HDMI converter) is the second and third display when I ask it to identify.

When I installed the DisplayLink software it was very quick and never showed any interface with options, just a quick "your screen may go black for a second" It shows as installed, but I could have sworn when I used to use this USB monitor on my old comp there was an interface or options of some sort.

Either way, it's not working properly. While I can use it, it's not letting me arrange the monitors how I want to because Windows is reading it as the second VGA monitor, and not a third USB one.

USB on the left, VGA (with HDMI convertor) on the right
