3 monitors bad resolution

Hello, I have just installed the Star Trek drivers for the dual docking station.

USB-C & USB-A Dock - Dual Monitor 4K 60Hz Dock DisplayPort + HDMI - Hybrid USB 3.0 Docking Station for USB-C or USB-A Laptops - 6x USB Type-A, GbE - USB 3.2 Gen 1 - Mac/Windows

I am running a MacBook Pro M2 2023. Three monitors have connected, but the resolution is really bad and they are yellow very hard to read any print.

Help, please.
