Default Targus USB 3.0 makes my wireless mouse not working fully.

Just got a Targus USB 3.0 docking station and are running with 2 BenQ Gw2470.
When my both of the displays are running my wireless mouse (Dell KM632 kit) are not fully working. its starts hacking forward and some times just freezes.
As soon as i unplug 1 monitor its wors fine again..
I have reinstalled de displaylink software and updated everything but still not working.
My co-workers docking station works fine..

Hello,

USB3 and wireless mouse/keyboard have interferences.
http://support.displaylink.com/knowl...r-wifi-stop-wo

Unplugging a monitor will drastically drop the USB3 traffic and therefore the amount of edges -> interferences.

Would you please try distance your wireless receiver from the USB3 cables and dock?

Kind regards,
Alban
