Default strange issue with amd gcard eyefinity -DL and W10

Hi,

It seems I meet a strange issue after installing (with success) displaylink to use with my tablet.

My config :
win10 64b with Amd r9 280x in eyefinity configuration 3 screens.

after I installed displaylink 7.9M2, I was able to use my tablet (which acts as USB display) with success. But I did not restart yet.

finally I restarted my computer and I meet a error 43 on amd Gcard (windows stopped this device blablah).

I am able , through devices manager, to disable the gcard, then re-enable it, and it works again like a charm.... until I restart PC...

I already tried to uninstall reinstall Amd driver, without success.

my next step is to follow the displaylink procedure for removal, to see if it can fix the issue.

BR

Fred

Hi,

To my knowledge eyefinity is not a supported configuration.

Thanks,
James

Hi James,

Under windows 7 it was not running fine , but it seems that under win 10 I was able to let my eyefinity configuration enabled and my Digital tablet+ screen enabled at the same time.

I will retest again and keep informed , since I decided to reinstall the whole machine (hum in fact The machine forced me to reinstall )
