Default Annoying error, Ethernet Interface not available after suspend

Hi
I have the following configuration:

Hardware: Lenovo Thinkpad P14s Gen2
UEFI: 1,47 (DMI: LENOVO 20VX000WGE/20VX000WGE, BIOS N34ET47W (1.47 ) 12/22/2021)
ECP: 1.37
Kernel: 5.13.0-30-generic #33~20.04.1-Ubuntu
Operating System: Ubuntu Linux 20.04 LTS
DisplayLink Driver: 5.5 Beta (Dec 22, 2021)

Everytime I resume after suspend ( lid close -> lid open), my network interface on the usb-c dock station gets disappeared at the Operating system, causing to lose the network connection.

My network interface looks before suspend like this,
from dmsg:
[ 5.385240] r8152 2-3.1:1.0 enxf4a80d093b76: renamed from eth0
[ 7.676930] IPv6: ADDRCONF(NETDEV_CHANGE): enxf4a80d093b76: link becomes ready
[ 7.677127] r8152 2-3.1:1.0 enxf4a80d093b76: carrier on

3: enxf4a80d093b76: <BROADCAST,MULTICAST,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 1500 qdisc fq_codel state UP group default qlen 1000
link/ether f4:a8:0d:09:3b:76 brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff
inet 192.168.178.83/24 brd 192.168.178.255 scope global dynamic noprefixroute enxf4a80d093b76

Now, as there is no more display problems with the new driver (at least on my side), i started to have this network problem which causes me to do a restart. Turning suspending in linux not worthy.

Is it a known issue on the development side?

Any ideas how to cope with the problem? A workaround would also be fine.

Cheers,
