Default No displaylink devices detected

To Whom It May Concern

Background:
My laptop is a Legion 7i with 2 x USB-C Thunderbolt™ 4, 1 x USB-C 3.2 Gen 1, 3 x USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 (One Always On), and 1 x HDMI 2.1 port.
My docking station is VT4510. My monitors are Dell U2722D. They are purchased and delivered around April 11th, 2022.
DisplayLink Manager:
Application version 3.2.14.0
Driver Version 10.2.6943.0

Problem:
No DisplayLink devices detected.

Problem description:
Installed the latest drivers many times, they can be shown in the DisplayLink Manager, but the driver cannot help me to detect either the docking station or the monitors connected to the dock.

I connected from either one of 3 USBC ports to the dock, but the laptop cannot recognize the VT dock. I tried to connect with an HDMI cable directly to the monitors, and it works.

USB-C ports are capable to deliver video output which I proved by connecting to other USB-C-capable monitors.

I am having the same issue. If i disable thunderbolt drivers the displaylink over usb-c works. How can we fix this?

My Laptop is a Dell Inspiron 16 plus 7610
