Intel HD 630 graphics and 2 USB 244-001-VGA

Hello,

I have a new Optiplex 3090 windows 10 21h2 fully updated with UHD graphic 630 and 2 USB-VGA adapters from Tipp Lite 244-001-VGA.
The Issue: I can only get 3 monitors to work on any number of combinations.

2 on DP to VGA
1 USB to VGA

2 USB to VGA
1 DP to VGA

If I disconnect 1 of the USB the other starts working.

What I have tried:
Latest Intel graphics driver --30.0.101.1960
older drivers down to-- 10.100.9079

I have not had any luck getting all 4 monitors to work. Any help would be appreciated.
