Question F.lux adjusting brightness not working

Problem: Cannot lower brightness with F.lux on external monitors with DL docking station.

I can do it manually with other software but that just doesn't work for me in a practical way. I want to be able to quickly change the brightness of multiple monitors with shortcut buttons.

Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?

One solution I've used in a similar situation is to try a tool like ClickMonitorDDC. It lets you adjust the brightness and contrast of multiple screens directly via keyboard shortcuts, and it often works best with monitors connected via a docking station. If that still doesn't work, an alternative might be to customize a control panel or even explore tools like those offered in some packages for optimizing multi-screen setups.
