Default Two issues with my setup: hang @ start-up and color calibration issues (more inside)

Hi Displaylink team,

I have two issues that I'd like you guys to look into:

1) I have the EVGA UV16+ plugged into a USB hub and then into my second monitor. When I restart my machine I am stuck at the first gray screen (I don't even see the Apple logo). Once I unplug the UV16 or the USB hub from my machine it will go through the normal start up process... gray screen, gray screen apple logo, progress bar, and then login window.

2) I have two Dell monitors the first (main screen) (E228WFP) is plugged directly into my machine via DVI and the second screen (2005FPW) is plugged into the UV16+. I am not able to adjust any of the color calibrations on the 2005FPW sliding the bars within the color calibration does nothing to adjust the monitor. Also selecting other color profiles does not adjust the color.

Here is some info about my system:
*I just installed the 1.5b6
* Model Name: MacBook Pro
Model Identifier: MacBookPro3,1
Processor Name: Intel Core 2 Duo
Processor Speed: 2.4 GHz
Number Of Processors: 1
Total Number Of Cores: 2
L2 Cache: 4 MB
Memory: 4 GB
Bus Speed: 800 MHz
*OS 10.5.7 - I am planning on upgrade to snow leo in the next month or two
*EVGA UV16+
* Dell monitors Primary- E228WFP 2nd- 2005FPW

Please let me know if I need to do anything to assist in fixing these bugs
