Default Screen turns black/shuts down

Hi,

I have 2 Plugable UGA-2K-A (195 chip), one at home and one at work. It looks like the problem is occurring only at work.

I have one screen connected via the displayport and another one on the adapter. Often all screens (also the one of my Macbook) turn blue, then the one with the adapter turns black, and after a second or two the screens come up again and the windows that were on the adapter screen are on the display port screen. Sometimes the adapter screen turns black for a second, and pops right up again, with the windows still on it. This can occur several times.

Is this a known problem?

I'm on a Macbook 13" 2,7Ghz with OSX Lion 10.7.2, with a Wacom attached (dunno if this has any influence)

Thanks,

Gavin

Could you please use the debug tool here http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=269, collect information right after one of these events and post the zip file? Thanks

False alarm.

I thought it may be my powered USB hub so I disconnected the screen from it and connected it directly to the usb port on my macbook. The error hasn't occured since.

Thank you for a great product. Very happy with it!
