Window Minimization after Unlock

I find that whenever I return to my computer after the screensaver (and lock screen therefrom) is disengaged, all my windows minimize to screen 1 to the size of about 25 pixels x 10 pixels. Literally almost the size of the minimize/maximize/close button icons.

I tried to add the 'Actual Multiple Monitors' program, which I highly recommend, but it didn't prevent the windows from minimizing, but did minimize it to whichever monitor the mouse was on. While this isn't a usage-killer it is extremely frustrating. My screen saver is corporate mandated and cannot be removed, extended or unlocked.

Any ideas would be most helpful!
