Only 30hz with 6950

I have a Pluggable 6950 adapter with the latest 1.6.1 of Displaylink Manager. I used to be able to set my LG TV display to 4k 60hz when connected to HDMI, lately, I can only get the display to work if it's set to 30hz. I do have another 1440p monitor connected to the Displaylink adapter as well that works fine. I can't figure out what the issue is.
