Default Dell D6000 on Intel Macbook Pro Scaling Issue

I have an Intel based 2020 Macbook Pro (Quad Core i7, 32GB Ram etc) and I have a D6000 connected to a pair of Dell P2219H Monitors (1920x1080), the resolution is set correctly but the image does not look sharp, is there a way to fix this or is it a scaling issue that can't be resolved.

I don't want to spend more money on higher res monitors as I don't need it for what they get used for but when viewing text the lack of sharpness is very noticeable.

As the D6000 id effectively an external video card I didn't think there would be an issue, I have found this https://machow2.com/external-display-problems/ but not sure if it would help.

Hoping one of you smart people out there has answer / cure.

TIA
Dave

Hello,

Is the 1920x1080 set one that has low resolution next to it perhaps?
Can you share a screenshot of the resolution selection of the display/s?
