Default Only one display detected?

Got an HP Pavilion laptop with i5-7200U CPU and a T-236U3 dock with dual 1680*1050 displays attached, but only one shows up. I've set everything to extend rather than mirror, and the other display works fine when I connect it directly to the HDMI port on the laptop... but it also disables the first screen.

In short, I know the HD620 graphics supports 3 displays (in this case the laptop screen plus two externals) but I'm only able to get one external display working. Any ideas?

I'm running Win10 Creators Update (build 1703, all current updates).

Hello,
Would you please be able to connect everything as you expect it to work and collect logs as described in the 3rd link of my forum signature?
Then, you can post the ZIP created by the tool so it can be analyse.
Finally, it would be helpful if you could indicate how these monitors are connected to the dock (connector type, adapter if any...).
Kind regards,
Alban
