Default Very slow Gigabit ethernet on Besthing USB3.0 dock

I'm using a DisplayLink USB 3.0 dock from Besthing, and have the Ethernet connected to my Gigabit network, but am getting extremely slow speeds.

The dock is connected to my Lenovo Yoga laptop running Windows 10 with all current patches applied. I tried installing the latest beta DisplayLink drivers as well (as of March 18) with no effect.

I have 1Gbps internet connection from Comcast, and other computers connected via Ethernet on my network are pulling down about 970+Mbps via speedtest.net.

Through this dock, my Yoga is only showing speeds of ~90Mbps, so something seems really off. I can connect to WiFi and get speeds closer to 300+Mbps.

I've tried restarting several times, power cycling the dock, unplugging and replugging the ethernet cable from the dock, setting speed negotiation from "Auto" to "Gigabit" in Network properties. The Yoga is on a static IP address from my Ubiquiti EdgeRouter.

I've tried using both the Win 10 Speedtest app, the speedtest.net website with similar results.

What else can I check?

Thanks,
R
