I Installed Lastes DisplayLink, now Ethernet Doesn't Work
I am using a Lenovo USB 3.0 Dock with a Lenovo X1 Carbon. I have an Ethernet cable plugged into the dock. Prior to installing the latest DisplayLink drivers, it was working normally.
I installed the latest drivers from DisplayLink and now my Ethernet shows as "Unplugged". I have tried power cycling, rebooting, replugging, all the usual things. The rest of the dock features seem to be working okay, it's just the Ethernet. Does anyone have a solution for this other than uninstalling the DisplayLink drivers and reinstalling the previous version? |

Hi,
Are you connected through an Ethernet hub? If so please see this FAQ: http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=299 If not or you're not sure please attach the output of this tool: http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=269 When you reply please select "Manage Attachments" from the "Additional Options" section below. From there select Upload and navigate to the output of the tool which will be in a folder called "DisplayLink Support Files" on your desktop. Thanks, James |
