Question USB 4k adapter with MacBook Pro retina 2013 + Mojave only 30Hz

A couple of days ago I received my new USB-A to HDMI 1.0 Dual Monitor 4K 60 HZ.
I've tried it with my monitor (a 4K LG 27UD88-W) but I haven't been able to get 60 HZ yet (only 30Hz with 3840 x 2160 pixels) despite of having installed the last USB driver version: DisplayLink USB Graphics Software for macOS v.5.0.

The specs of my MacBook Pro are the following:
Model: MacBook Pro Retina 13" late 2013
OS version: macOS Mojave 10.14
RAM: 16 GB
Intel Iris 1536 MB graphics
USB 3.0

I'm using the adapter with a HDMI 2.0 cable.

I'd be very grateful if someone could please help me and give me some piece of advice about what I'm doing wrong or how can I fix this.

Thanks in advance.
