Default performance differences between DL-165 vs DL-195

Are there any performance differences between the DL-165 vs DL-195 if they are both running at 1600x900? I have a realtime application that needs to be able to do remote control logins(using gotomypc or teamviewer) and my current core i3 notebook(Lenovo thinkpad edge notebook with HD3000 intel graphics, windows XP) can not drive an external monitor fast enough when using gotomypc or teamviewer to keep up with displaying realtime signals. I have tried a EVGA UV16+(DL-165) and it improves the realtime display performance on the external monitor as compared to driving the external monitor using the internal HD 3000 Intel graphics. Will I get better performance using DL-195 based USB product?

For the same resolution, the 165 and 195 have the same performance. I would expect the performance to be good on a Core i3 using Windows XP.

I would recommend using a RHUB remote support server and check if you are able to get fast real-time display of signals.
