Default Connection status: No monitor detected

Hi all,

I just bought an ASUS MB14AC
I followed every step in the manual, but DisplayLink Manager 1.5.0 is saying "No Monitor Detected" at connection status.

I tried to connect the display on both a Macbook M1 Pro (macOS Monterey); and on an older Macbook Pro 13" (2016) (macOS BigSur); directly via USBC (without any adapter)

Does anyone has the same problem or knows how to fix this?
Thank you all in advance for your replies!

I have the same issue. Were you able to resolve this? Update: it's working.... wrong port. Hope you got yours to work.

Happy Holidays!
