ACP77USZ DisplayPort Max Resolution 640x480
I connected the Targus ACP77USZ to 2 external monitors over displayport, both with native resolution 2560x1440. Both monitors got recognized after 2-3 attempts, but both monitors are running at the resolution of 640x480, and the resolution option is disabled in Windows display settings. When I go into Advanced Settings and check the "List all display modes" for either monitor, it shows only 1 mode supported "640 by 480, True Color (32-bit), 60 Hz".
I ran the DisplayLink support tool, passed the System Compatibility Check, but the Gather Support Information option is stuck at "Gathering netstats". I don't understand why it need to gather netstats. Please suggest what could be the issue here. Running Windows 8.1 64-bit. |

Hi,
Can you attach the output from this tool? http://support.displaylink.com/knowl...to-displaylink It sounds like there is an issue with the video cables preventing the monitor's EDID from being read correctly. Thanks, James |
