Default Apple MacBook Air M2 (2022) - DisplayLink Disconnects

Hello!

I purchased a QGeeM USB C Hub 3.0 to Dual HDMI VGA Adapter, Triple Display USB C Docking Station and the instructions say to download DisplayLink Manager 1.8.1 (Build 63.180). I downloaded and installed this on my Mac Book Air M2 running macOS Ventura 13.3.1 (22E261). I was able to connect the two external monitors to the Mac Book Air laptop but I am not able to use them as the DisplayLink software keeps disconnecting causing the screens to go all black. It happens so often that I can't use the DisplayLink software. Any input on how to get this fixed before I decide to uninstall DisplayLink and return the docking station? Thank you in advance!
