Default M1 Mac D6000 dock USB passthrough not working

Hello all, I've been using DisplayLink for years with no issues, however I received a new laptop from work today and I'm not able to pass through any data from USB devices.

Hardware setup (not working)
Work M1 MacBook Pro 16"
Logitech K780 Keyboard
Logitech MX Master 2S Mouse
Logitech Unifying Receiver
USB Thumb Drive
Dell D6000 Dock

This has worked in the past with my "Personal" M1 Macbook Pro, so I'm confused.

I have installed DisplayLink Manager 1.6.1, and have also installed the Login Screen Extension. I have also installed Logi Options software.

The Logi Options software can see the Keyboard and Mouse through the Unifying receiver only when I plug the USB A Unifying Receiver directly into the M1 Macbook Pro (work), it does not see it when plugging the Unifying Receiver into the Dell D6000 dock. This works on my personal computer.

So, as far as I can tell, all the software and hardware are identical. Is there something I haven't set up correctly on the work computer that would allow the USB data to passthrough the D6000 dock?

Default Downgraded to DisplayLink 1.6.0 solved the issue

I noticed that I had DisplayLink 1.6.1 on my work M1 MacBook Pro and 1.6.0 on my Personal M1 MacBook Pro.

Downgrading to 1.6.0 on my Work M1 fixed the USB passthrough issues I was seeing. Not sure if that is a bug but I guess I'll be sticking on 1.6.0 for awhile.

I'm having the same issue. I've updated firmware and downgraded to 1.6 and still not working.
