Lag for m2 Macbook with one or two 4k displays
Hi,
I am experiencing a lot of lag when using a hub that uses display link. I have a Macbook m2 with 32gb of ram. I asked the support of the hub provider and they send me to this forum. The problems are already happening from startup. I experience extreme lag with only one 4k 27inch display from logitech. I want to connect two displays but when I do that it is unusable. Any idea how this is possible and what I can do? |

I'm also having this issue on my M2 Air.
It's highly frustrating as this has started recently, seemingly after an OS update. It was not an issue a few months back. It's not a memory issue as this was working without a problem a while back. I have 2 x LG Ultragear and only using 1080p on them. |

It seems this is fixed or minimized at least after MacOS 14.3.1 update

Does anyone else has this enlarged issues with the displayLink on 14.3.1 now?
I am on 14.0 and sometimes have these lags on the Macbook Air M2. Its not perfect, but works, it would be a pity if it fails completely after an OS update. |
